At FABIS, we believe that social connections are vital for healing and happiness.
Our events provide a welcoming space for ABI survivors and their carers to meet, share experiences, and build friendships. Everyone is welcome—come along and meet others who understand.
From coffee mornings and gentle walks to seasonal celebrations and art workshops, our events give survivors and carers a chance to build social connections, and enjoy time together in a safe, and welcoming space where they can relax and make lasting memories.

On the 1st Wednesday of every month between 2pm and 4pm we run our monthly FABIS Social Group at the Grace Centre, Terminus Road, Chichester.
Each gathering is a relaxed opportunity to rest, reconnect and rebuild through gentle, inclusive activities that everyone can enjoy.
From gentle Pilates and art classes to gardening, board games, bowling, crafts, and even non-alcoholic cocktail making, there’s always something new to try.

We also host talks by supporting agencies, group visits, and shared dining experiences — all designed to help you enjoy life after brain injury surrounded by friends who understand.
We also hold signature events, including a summer BBQ, “carols at the barn” and a Christmas lunch.
All of these events are free to ABI survivors and their carers.
We continually review and update these events, so it is worth re-visiting this page to see what is going on.
Join us for connection, support, and shared experiences.
